Well, I'm feeling better this afternoon. DM and DS called to see if Katie and I would like to join them for lunch. Duh.... Of course I couldn't nap, but I see my sister so rarely that it is worth it.
Katie and I have a new game. After I got back from Curves, I asked Kate if she wanted to workout with me. I have a rainbow workout suit for her, and she thought she was really hot stuff. I had her run/walk at her pace for the 1 mile circuir around our sub. She can really run. We ran 3/4 of that mile with periods of walking. It is fun to hear her squeal and giggle as I'm chasing her down the sidewalk. We will definately be doing that frequently.
Day so far:
1.) Meds taken 9/9.
2.) Water 2.5 liters so far. I'm anticipating 9/9.
3.) Exercise 3 circuits at Curves with an extra circuit of ab machines, and above walk/jog. I hope to take another 15 minute walk on my break. 8/9.
4.) Meals:
Breakfast was MS bar and 1/2 cup tea.
Lunch at Red Lobster was grilled Mahi Mahi with grilled veggies and salad with ranch. I passed on the cheddar buscuits.
Snack- latte on the way into work.
Dinner 1AM chicken salad and celery stuffed with cheese.
Snack/breakfast- I have strawberries with creamchesse dip or a MS bar. We'll see what I feel like.
I'm out the door. Thanks for the support everyone. I'll check in tomorrow. Sorry I didn't get to many journals. I'll try to do better.
