Katie goes to school, I go to th3e Y for cardio. edit: I did 45 minutes on the glider (612) I am happy with that considering my MP3 player died at the 12 minute mark.

B: Scrambled eggs and tea.
L: Salad.
5PM: String cheese and cappacino.
9PM: ham and chees rollup.
1AM: Salad and SF Jello.
7AM: MS bar and tea.
My mom is doing well. They have made a new sling for her, and it is much smaller, so she is happy with it. She also says the pain isn't terrible, and she can work. Thanks for asking.

I am switrching the 9PM and 1AM meals. I completely forgot about Friday/Lent thing. Just got off the phone with my Dad. He gave me a huge lecture and made me feel about 3 years old, but I'll do my best, at least for today.

I've never been a good catholic, and rarely practice. I have also never really understood the no meat thng anyways, but I agreed to do it for today. I know to expect a call from DF next Thursday as well.
