I've just checked the voting rules on the Strictly website and it seems that previous dancers can be reinstated if anyone is unable to continue - they do seem to have been more thorough with the rules this year.

Sad to see Phil go, but it was right.

I've just caught up with last nights show .. and it was great

I loved Ali, Chris and Nat's dances

I thought those Hip-Hop dancers were brilliant

Poor Jade and Laila, the poor things, I hope they're both OK for next week, I'm so pleased that Laila wasn't in the dance off

I think it was fair that Ricky G and Phil were in the bottom two, but it's a shame Tuffers has gone

Loved Claudia too, I think her and Tess did really well

Caught up...

I enjoyed the show, was different without Bruce for sure, but I think Tess and Claudia would have been fine without Ronny even being there. I even think they'd have been better getting Vernon in alongside Tess

I loved Chris & Ola, as usual. He makes me smile each time I know he's coming up and they look like they have so much fun when they're training.

I felt sorry for Jade and Laila too A whole show worth of injuries. I do believe though, that if Jade had not injured herself so badly, then Laila wouldn't have performed. I'm just hoping Jade's okay for her professional training in January more than anything. I'd hate for her to have to miss out on our Olympic games due to an injury on the show

I didn't agree with the judges decision this week though, I think Phil's been more consistent during the series than Ricky G. I'll miss Phil, I always enjoyed his performances.

It's getting hard to choose who'll go each week now too, I think next week it'll be either Ricky G or Laila (as long as she's better).

They showed part of Jade's dress rehearsal, if its all on tape could the judges and the voting public not have made a decision made on viewing that?

I agree that the show would have been better without Ronnie Corbett, watched him on Piers Morgan last week and thought what a lovely chap he was and brilliant in his time but like Brucie, time to move over. Claudia was brill, its taken me a while but I think she's great!!!! Sad to see Phil go but someone had to, I can't seem to warm to Laila though - sorry.

Ally & Brian or Natalie & Ricky to win for me.

Loved Jersey Boys and street dancers.

No Laila irritates me too - and there doesn't seem to be any fun or affection in their partnership. She seems to cringe whenever Anton gets near her!

I think I would too...I mean, how gutted would you be to land Anton, when there's sooooo many others who are much better looking? He's like her Granddad!

I don't get it...last year a dancer got injured and they graded the dress rehearsal, which wasn't that good but at least they worked on something. Now they get a free pass? I thought they should have eliminated Jade, tough luck on her part but at least it would have been fair. Now it's also been shown that she can come back next week, hobble through without finishing a dance and still make it. Perhaps they should rename the show "Strictly For The Ratings"

I got the impression from last nights takes 2 that Jade wouldn't be dancing. I understood that a decision will be made on Monday as to whether or not she dances again.

Did you see the professionals (dancers - not Bodie and Doyle!!) on Children in Need last night? I really enjoyed watching them.

Tess did say they would no longer be in the competition, does that mean Tuffers comes back?

I won't be going to any of the remaining shows in this competition as Darren and Lillia have no more tickets left for the remaining shows
But if they get picked for the christmas special Jayne and I are first to get tickets keep your fingers crossed for me
Knowing my luck though it'll be filmed when I'm in DLRP
