Strategy to get reservation for Bon Voyage Breakfast

We currently have booked Minnie's Beach Bash on December 19. We don't have park tickets for that day but we're attending MVMCP that night. Of course, the Bon Voyage Character Breakfast is sold out.

I think I should cancel the Beach Bash just in case we find an opening at Bon Voyage within 24 hours of the reservation so I'm not charged.

Do you have any strategies to recommend for stalking the ADR system? Times of day? Dates? We'd really like to try this experience!

I have been obsessing over this ADR. Checking periodically all day every day for over a month now. My two boys have very little interest in princesses, so I've selected this one as our only princess meal. Rapunzel is my DD's favorite. I am soooo excited that I just got an early December reservation with the Touring Plans finder. I missed out the first two times I got notified even though I typed frantically on my phone. Today was my lucky day.

Now crossing my fingers for BOG and Hoop De Doo.

I got mine after 3 months, via the December Cancellation thread. Set it up so you are notified when there is a post in the thread. Twice I was too late using the Touring Plans. You'll get it if you use them both.

Also, keep tabs around the 60 day and 30 day out periods. Reservations will pop open b/c of FP+ reservations and trips cancelled before final payment is due. Good luck!!

Touring plans reservation finder worked for us! I recommend it! I actually had to reset the finder because I missed the first one it found.
