Strategy to doing two parks in one day (Sept)

The Simpson's "restaurant" is actually a food court consisting of Moe’s Tavern (drinks) and counter service food stations - Krusty Burger (burgers), Cletus’ Chicken Shack (chicken), the Frying Dutchman (fish), and Luigi’s (pizza and pasta) - that all share the same seating area. It's a good place if everyone wants something different.
I like the layout and queue area...it moves people through pretty quickly. I wasn't delighted with the prices though. Even with AP discount it was still more expensive than other places at the Studios.

I haven't eaten there, just walked through a few times. The last time, I had the honor of seeing a lady change a child's diaper on a table (with a bathroom equipped with a changing table just outside), then give the diaper to another kid, about 7 years old, to throw away. He wandered around, holding the diaper at arms length, walking into people with trays of food, then put the dirty diaper in a trash can in the middle of the seating area. Not really eager to eat there after seeing that.
