Strategy for keeping dry during a rain storm?

Not sure I really understand the question....Am I to assume this is without the use of such devices and structures commonly known as umbrellas, ponchos, waterproof clothing, overhangs, canopies, porches, windows, etc?

The only way you can experience a true rain storm is when you forget your umbrella and get caught in a downpour. Being prepared is just faking it.

Just do it without covering up with a rain coat and such, you can always dry off after, getting soaked to the bone, is how to fully experience a rain storm.

I have ALWAYS wanted this rain gear. It is from a movie called Dune. No umbrella necessary!

I guess you could just go to the Enchanted Tiki Room at Disney. Pretty sure there is a rainstorm in the middle of it and I didn't get wet at all!

I was thinking, go to DW in August. The rain comes out of nowhere for five minutes. It doesn't matter if you get wet, you'll be dry in no time and praying for more rain.
