Strategy for Early Entry

We will be staying at the Cabana Bay for 3 nights next week. We will be using the early entry on all mornings. Are both parks open? Are all attractions open? What is the best strategy for the Hogwarts Express? What other attractions should we target? I would be grateful for any advice. Thanks.
