Strategy- Epcot when MK has longer hours?

Assuming that schedule stays siimilar to last year, if there are 3 weekdays (Wed-Fri) in early December where Epcot is open until 9 all 3 nights-- but MK is open Wed until 9, and Th/Fri until 6 with Mickey's Xmas party after... would you assume that the best day for lower Epcot crowds would be one with longest normal operating hours in MK (the Wed until 9pm)?

Yes. If you want to avoid crowds go to MK on party days and the other parks on non-party days.
