Strategies for planning a trip with 10 people

Fortunately, I am the one paying for everything, but I still want everyone to have the best experience and hope to be able to make the right connections to have a successful trip.

You'll have a great time, and everyone will appreciate your generosity and effort! Doing the multi-generational trip can be a bit like herding cats, so I'm offering a very simple suggestion that you might find helpful - Each day, I texted a brief itinerary w/Fastpass, ADR and show times to the adults in my group. The basic "facts of the day" text seemed to keep everyone happy and on plan, without causing itinerary overload.

i booked the entire vacation for a group of 10, 18 months ago. I will say the best decision I made was to do dinners split up with 5 & 5. It gave a nice break and we just met up right after dinner, it was a nice recharge. Also, if a few people don’t want to do something, no problem, just tell them you will meet up with them in 30/60 minutes or whatever works. We also would say “next up is space mountain we will meet everyone there at our 2pm fast pass window”. Trying to stay together navigating the busy parks was a nightmare so just pick your spot to meet at instead.
