Strange stroller cover question

I bought a plastic stroller cover 4 years ago and didn't use it too often. I packed it away in the attic. Now we are going to WDW this summer and I dug it out to bring to protect our stroller from the inevitable downpours. The thing is, the plastic has gotten so stiff. Any tips to make it more pliable again (I think I spelled that right)? Thanks!

I have never done this, but it will probably get softer with heat, maybe the air of a hair dryer or sitting in the sun.

Try throwing it in the dryer for a few minutes.
