Strange Sign Question

Universally understood symbols. Hmm.. universally misunderstood is more like it. Take this sign from the Disney busses. My friends and I have had great fun over the last two trips trying to puzzle it out. The first two are clear. No smoking. No eating or drinking. But the third?

No old fashion radios? No cartoon whales? No toaster ovens?

Anyone have any other creative interpretations? The real interpretation?

I'm on the same page as HUFF590, "No Buses"???? But sorry, I definitely do not have the real interpretation for that. That is pretty funny though. Never noticed it before.

Or more specifically "No Radios from the 1940's"....And just for the record, I just figure out just this second (after staring at it for 15 minutes!) that the second picture is of a cup with a hot dog in the middle of it, I think. Unless I'm wrong about that too!

I would think it translates to: "Leave the rear-window defogger in the off position..."

I have no idea what that is. That doesn't even look like a radio and if it is a radio...that's one ugly looking radio! I would say that it's telling people not to run in front of the bus but there's no wheels. Ok I've officially confused myself.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who can't always figure out these "universal" pictures. Every time I have to drive a different car, I stare at the symbols for defrost, defog, heat, air etc. trying to figure out which buttons to push. Sometimes they just aren't very clear. I guess I am "symbol challenged."

...both are generic

The third is probably no loud noises "radios, etc."

My fav. is no Disney Buses (and second is no old fashioned radios)

The second could be no unhealthy food (i.e. soda and hot dogs)...sorry I guess I'm off on a tangent

Personally, I like no cartoon whales.

But my personal favorite disney sign is the "No bad dancing" on the rides like BTMR. Ah yes, many giggles from that one.
