Strange Question - Refridge at the Resort??

I have a very strange question. I am hoping here that someone will know the answer.

We are arriving late morning or early afternoon on Dec 29th. I had planned on using a grocery service but with the recent posts about wegoshop I'm not sure I want to risk it so I am thinking of using our transportation service grocery stop. My problem is what if our room is not ready when we arrive. What will I do with the stuff for the refridgerator?

The transport service suggested that the Disney bell hop service has a refridgerator that they use for these situations. Anyone ever hear of such a thing??

The resort has a fridge that they will keep your items in if your room is not ready.

I've stopped for groceries when I've traveled to other leisure destinations, and each time I was annoyed and frustrated at spending time walking through the aisles of an unfamiliar supermarket, and then having a long wait at the checkout line. The only time I didn't mind was Cancun, where taking a bus into "town" and shopping at a locals-only market was part of the adventure of being in a foreign country.

I don't think I'd find looking around a supermarket in Orlando to be exotic or part of some adventure. I think the only difference between me and the people of Orlando is that I own more sweaters and they have a much better knowledge of really big bugs.
