Looks like a little Persian kitty. My MIL has a Persian cat....really sweet cat but has to be constantly groomed. Well worth it, though.

Here's one for ya. Our cat is a Himalayan and he has very, very thick hair. So in the summer we have to shave him to keep him from getting knots. This is what he looked like after we were done.
