Strange issue with RX

I will be starting 2 new meds. I have mail order with my RX insurance.
So 2 days my dr sent them to the pharmacy.
The next day I get an email saying my order has been shipped with a tracking number.
Which I thought was strange. One day and it’s been sent already. So later on I get a message it’s been delivered. When I checked there was nothing.
I then looked it up on line for insurance.
Which showed itvwas delivered on 12/23/24. I wasn’t even on it then. To a city in OR. I live in the Midwest.
So I called the insurance and was told they were having a system issues but they had my RX and I should get notification today
But how strange

Yes, that is very strange. Though my mail order usually turns around within a day -- if I order on Monday it's usually shipped on Tuesday. Depending on the shipping method it can be here within a couple of days or up to a week.
