Stranded by Always Shuttle!

I used Always Shuttle twice this trip and they were both negative experiences! First, they were 1 hour late picking us up from our hotel in the city of Paris. We called many times to check status on their arrival, and were repeatedly told "10 more minutes". The second time we had booked 2 days in advance and had received confirmation 24 hours before our pick up time. They were to pick us up from our DLP resort and take us to the airport. They never showed up! A CM called them and was told that even though the scheduled pick up time and date had been confirmed via email, their records had an incorrect flight date, and therefore they wouldn't be coming! Luckily we had called early enough that the CM was able to call a taxi for us. 107 euro later we made it to the airport.
