Seemed nice to talk to on the phone, anyone have experience with these owners? I'm totally gunshy right now and questioning everything.

We used them, as have several other dis members (those recs caused us to book with story time). They were completely reliable and legitimate to rent from. We greatly enjoyed the house too.
