Princess Storybook Breakfast is served from 8:30am - 10:10am

Ages 1 and up: $22.99
Ages 3 - 11: $12.99

Is this correct that kids rate is up to age 11 at this restaurant? I thought that at age 10, they were considered adult?

Princess Storybook Dining -- -- Norway's Restaurant Akershus in Epcot will begin offering 3 Princess Character meals a day, adding lunch and dinner to the already popular breakfast! Breakfast will continue to be American fare and lunch and dinner will offer Norwegian Cuisine for adults and American style for kids. All meals will be served family style at the table. Until April 10th, Akershus will continue to offer the traditional Norwegian dinner as well as the Princess Breakfast.

I went on to check the Menu's section in www.allearsnet.com and they state that the children's meal is for those 3-9, so their information is confusing. Which one do we need to follow?
