Hi everyone!
I was curious if anyone has used the storybook entrance at their reception? And if so did you think it was worth the cost? How much was it?
Also does anyone know if it is into available in certain locations?
My reception is at ariels and although it doesn't entirely fit the decor it seems like something that would be so fun to have for pictures.
Any thoughts or input would be great!!

I know nothing of where it can or can't be used but I know it's in the thousands of dollars range? Several years ago there was a promotional event using that I think and lots of pictures. I want to say it was in he 5-10k range. For just the archway. HTH!

The price is $1,875, but I'm not sure where there's room to set it up at Ariel's—certainly not outside the front door, which is in a tight corner of a public pathway at the Beach Club.

:rotfl: Well, the castle façade is a whopping $13,000, so maybe you were thinking of that. :thumbsup2

If you are going to pay 13000 for a fake castle, you may as well pay 15000 to be in front of the real castle!

I see these posts are a couple years old but I hope someone can help!
I would like to rent this storybook entrance for my wedding but from this thread's conversation it sounds as though you must have your wedding/event at a Disney location to use it. Is this true? If NOT do I have to purchase it or may I rent it to use out of state? If this entrance will NOT work for me can anyone suggest another method of getting something similar please?
Thanks for any info I may get!

Disney doesn't rent out their decor pieces for use off-site. My suggestion would be to start with local floral and decor vendors to see if they have anything like this that you could rent. Alternatively, a local theater company may have something, or they could connect you with set designers and builders who could make it for you. You may even want to talk to the drama department at your local college, junior college or even a high school to see if they have talented students who could create something like this for you. Another resource is Party Pop, which connects people with vendors for themed parties who might have something like what you're after.
