Stormtrooper Pentax K2000?!?!?!

that's pretty cool.

Minolta did that with their 8000i film SLR they had a lens and a flash in the same white color, I always thought it would be awesome for a wedding photographer...

to this day I still plan on owning one, just as a collectable...

I think that we are going to see more and more of this stuff as DSLRs come down in price and are marketed towards normal consumers.

Now that you can get PnS, iPods, etc. in all sorts of colors, I think that it will appeal to a certain market segment.

Interestingly enough, I have a silver 350d, which has a lower street value than the black one due to the color, I believe. Of course, we are only talking about $10-$20, but...

I hate hate hate the "shiny white plastic" look that Apple has been pushing for a few years, but the two-tone, more "matte" look of this one is actually kind of neat. If it was all white and shiny, I'd hate it. :)

Hmm, I wonder if I could justify getting that for the "wife's camera" to replace the K100D... probably not but maybe some day. :thumbsup2

There's some actual stormtrooper photoshopping going on here if you want a comparison. "These are not the DSLRs you're looking for. Move along!"
