My understanding they have a Lazy River ? Does the Resort offer Tubes to use ?

Yes, there is a lazy river.
Tubes are available, first come, first served. We were just there July 1-9, a busy time, but we were always able to find some tubes to use.
Last month, during our stay, we only saw "Single" tubes available. For years though, "Double" tubes were around, but not during this past trip.

Where are they? I've never found the correct area.

The majority of the tubes float freely in the Lazy river u til guests take them to use. You can use them anywhere in the SAB area but they tend to mostly stay in the Lazy river.

It's more like a swift loop than a lazy river. The 8' drop off surprised me.

When the Yacht & Beach Club opened in 1990, the area that is now considered the lazy river was actually an area for snorkeling. There were native fish to Florida in that section of the pool and that's why its so deep.

That is so interesting! How long did it stay used for that? I imagine some people loved it, and some (like me) thought it was creepier than the clown slide at Boardwalk (which I love). I don't always like knowing what's swimming with me!
