Considering paying $500 more over the course of a 3 night stay to upgrade from BW standard room to a 1 bedroom at BC, primarily just to experience SAB. (If a regular room was available at BC, I'd nab it. But it's not.)

Worth it?

What is the size and ages of your group?

Also, what time of year are you going?

We have stayed in both, and we did really enjoy SAB. Also, depending on your group size, having the kitchen/living area is quite nice. Maybe you can commit to eating one meal a day in the room (breakfast was easiest for us), and you can almost make up the difference in savings...

enjoy :wizard:

Just me and my husband - leaving on Monday!

Don't want to cook at all!! So the kitchen isn't that important - SAB is the only thing I'm interested in.

Hmmm....

If it was just me and DH I would go with BW. No way would I pay 500.00 more just for the pool. Its my kids favorite pool, but it can be kind of a zoo. The BW is so much more relaxing. If I had to pay 500.00 more for BC I would just tell my kids sorry were staying at the BW. If you really want to stay there just check the website several times daily. People do cancel and you might get lucky.
