Storing Strollers at Resort during Cruise?

We are planning to take our first Disney cruise in January. We are thinking about taking a 4 night cruise from Sunday-Thursday. If we do this we will likely stay at Disney for 2 nights prior and then 2-3 nights after. If we did this and stayed at the same resort, would we be able to store our stroller(s) in the resort luggage area? We are thinking that we will not want them or have the space in the cruise line room but will want at least one for the parks.

i've stored my kids car seat at the Swan while we went on a DCL cruise. I gave the guys a little bit extra, but made a world of difference

I'd take the stroller w/ you.

Honestly, my kids are pushing it for needing strollers in the parks (they will be 8 almost 7 and 4 1/2), but I would rather push a stroller than have kids who are too tired to enjoy themselves. Even with just one stroller the older kids will occasionally take a rest when our youngest would rather walk. We won't have park level walking on the cruise, will we?

YES, you can leave luggage or other items such as your strollers with Bell Services while you go on your cruise. It won't be a problem, just let them know that you are going on DCL and when you will be returning. They put our extra suitcases in a 'special area' for these types of things, where items are going to be there for multiple nights waiting for your return. Everything worked out very smoothly when we did this. I highly recommend it for nonessential cruise items since stateroom storage is at a premium!

Thanks so much! Being able to leave some things at the resort is making the split stay and 4 day so much more appealing!

One additional question: Can we still do this if we decide to switch resorts?

Well my experience was with staying at the same resort before and after. BUT, I would feel fairly certain with the way they accomodate at wdw hotels that this would not be a problem. You would just need to take your items to your new hotel's bell services and explain the situation to them so the proper paperwork can be done. It'll take some extra time, but I think it is very doable.

And to answer one of your earlier questions...
NO, you will not be walking anywhere close to as much as you would in the parks! :)
