Store at GC

I have stayed at BWV and WL and since both have the vacation club on property the store at each has a nice selection of foods and beverages needed when staying at the villas. I was wondering, as our family drinks its fair share of milk, can you buy a half gallon of milk at the store in GC. We like to rise early eat breakfast (dry goods delivered from vons prior to arrival) in the room and get right to the park but will need the milk.

You will find most of the grocery type goods in Whitewater snacks. The gift shop is very tiny and has a small selection of soda and water etc. Whitewater has milk and other grocery needs.

I think you can get it at Whitewater Snacks. It's not in the actual lobby area by the souvenir store but just outside a little down an area by the pool and Napa Rose I do believe. Someone will tell us for sure but I'm pretty sure I saw milk in there. They also serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner and have cold sandwiches and other stuff.

My order included refrigerated items. Von's delivered before our arrival and Bell Service took the delivery. They kept the necessary items in the frig. All I had to do was call bell Services when I wanted things brought to the room.

It worked out very nice.

WhiteWaterSnackShack does have basic items too. But Von's delivered everything we needed.

I expected a limited selection at Whitewater Snacks and was still disappointed. I thought it was slim to nil. Maybe someone who has been there more recently or has investigated further has more details, but I didn't see half gallons of milk or anything I'd really consider "grocery". I was happy we ordered from Von's.

Thats great to know. I remember looking for eggs last January and couldn't find any. I wonder if I missed them, or if they're stocking better now.

Just left there....they still had all the stuff I mentioned before plus:

bread
bagels
peanut butter
jelly
ketchup
mustard
mayo
salt/pepper
tea bags

and i still probably missed something. you have to look closely for that kinda stuff, cause it's mixed in with the single serving chips, cereals, etc.

I went to Whitewater, quite early one morning, looking for lettuce to put in sandwiches. They went in the back and made up a salad package for me. I found them really friendly and had everything we needed for a short stay.

White water snacks is awesome! good for stuff like you want as well as lunch/etc. rarely any wait.
