I would really like to stop in the Flying Fish after Fantasmic for desert only....what do you think the chances of us getting in w/o PS at this later hour?

My husband and I did this once; we were seated at the bar and along with the wonderful desserts and coffee we got to watch a professional bartender in action! If you don't mind being hassled a little bit (You're only having dessert? You didn't try us for dinner?) it's definitely worth it. We did this because we have never had room to even share a dessert when we have dined there before. I had the Banana Napoleon which was heavenly, and I don't remember what my husband had...but it probably had apples in it. They were still busy with most tables filled when we came in so we didn't ask for a table. Lin

DH and I have done this around 9pm. We love the chocolate lava cake!

Will Flying Fish take PS after 9:00pm?

How late are they open-we would like to have dinner after La Nouba?

Be sure to plan your transportation back to your hotel or car if you do this, I had a late meal at Flying Fish recently (highly recommend it:smooth: )and ended up having to take a taxi from the Boardwalk Inn to the Epcot parking lot where I left my car because the busses had stopped running!

How late are BW restaurants open?

Does it vary by season? I'm interested for the beginning
of May.
