I agree. "Mom" should write a parenting book called, "This is what I did, do the opposite".
LOVE it!

I am actually glad we can't talk political anymore...it got so exhausting. Even just reading the back and forths were enough to wear me out. So that does leave things like this to discuss.
I am on the fence about Lindsey. No one can deny her parents are 2 of the biggest idiots on the face of the planet. Your parents shape you when you are young, good and/or bad. Lindsey has gotten away with so much junk with the law, it's almost laughable. But I'm starting to feel sad for her. Her life is in so much turmoil, I can see how and why she turned to drugs. That's no excuse for breaking the law. Drunk driving is something that infuriates me SO MUCH.
She has so much talent...I hope she can pull a Robert Downey Jr in the end and redeem herself. I remember we all talked about him and how it was a shame because he had so much talent and I think everyone expected him ( I did, anyway) to die of a drug overdose any day. But look at him now. He's a hot property again and has totally redeemed himself. No one wants to work with Lindsey, but if she can hit rock bottom and climb her way up, she will work again because she is talented.
I think about poor Dana Plato and how she hit rock bottom and even the kindness of Wayne Newton (who was a complete stranger to her) couldn't save her. I never was a fan of his singing or anything, but I will always think fondly of him because he tried to help her when no one else would.
