Good morning,
I called my Mama this morning to check on her. The doctor came around this morning and said he was going to keep her another day which I think means today and tonight. Sure hope so. The reason for keeping her is the incisions are a bit swollen. He said it could be because she's on fluids and Heprin (spelling?) to prevent clots. He took her off those and gave her something for her headache.
Her arm is still doing it's little bouncy thing when she tries to lift it. It's hard to describe what it's doing.....when she picks her arm up (the one they had strapped down to the bed during surgery), it kind of just moves up and down a bit...kind of a little bounce. My mother's cousin who is a nurse said that is pretty normal and when she had her surgery a couple of months ago, her's did that for a week after the surgery.
Mama's mouth is still drooping and her lips droops like mine does. Told her she was just trying to immitate me and my Bell's palsy.

I'm trying to make light of it because she's really really worried it is permanent. Told you she's a worry wart!
The bossman was in some kind of weird mood again yesterday. His whole family is odd! Anyway, I'm not in any kind of mood for him to start being all weird on me today so he better look out.
If I have time, I want to write another installment of our Animal Kingdom day just to get my mind off things.
Thanks to all of you for your thoughts and well wishes and prayers!
