Person 2 enters their offer. It is either a good offer or totally horrible, but not worth it either way.
Person 2: Like the offer?

Person 2: Pretty please?
Person 1: I already said no, stop pestering me!
Person 2 (after a pause): Please?

This has been happening ever since I had my first decent VMK item. Note that I said decent and not rare. I usually just ignore them if they keep it up. I have NEVER asked for a free anything from anyone.

This kind of stuff happens a lot. People looking for a pushover.

I was told I was "plain old stupid" because I did not want to trade 2 star bat magic for a blue beta tron cycle (or something like that) or ref shirt. Then after I said no and had exited the chat, there was a temper tantrum because I would not trade.

This is not unusual. Just use your ignore button.

and he got a false report ban, i think for only 24 tho ( i hope )
