So I have booked 2 adults, 2 children for FD.

I put in the dates of the children at the time of travel. 6 & 14.

So, the 14 year old will not be a child for dining, she is considered an adult.

They take this into account right??

You are correct. You will have 3 adults and 1 child for dining. Of course, you are also paying adult price for that 14 yr old for tickets too. The only place she is not considered an adult is in your room reservation.
