Stone Crab-Fultons

I have a question about stone crab season...when is it? The last time I was in Disney (March 2001) I had the stone crab claws at Fultons and enjoyed them immensely! I am trying to plan my Spet 2003 trip and PS's and need to determine if I am going to Fultons or not.

If stone crab is in season then, Ill go...if not, Ill skip Fultons. Does anyone know if stone crab is in season in Sept? And are there any other restaurants on-property that have stone crab? Thanks for your response!

Stone Crab season begins in mid- October and ends in mid- May.

hmmmmmmm - we'll be right on the cusp then - do you think we can get Stone Crab Claws during our May 16-20th trip? Is Fultons the only place to get them on Disney property? (Fultons is the one that looks like a boat, right?)
