Mine cost less than $30 and had 72 diapers in total (One bag of Wal-mart brand diapers)

The one we made had 66 Size 1 diapers ($18.99). The fillers were purchased at Dollarama. So in total it came to just under $30.

Thanks a lot for the info on the cost. It looks like I could do it for $3/girl - that's not too bad and I think they would think it was cute.
