The stock I am following is MannKind (MNKD). They make an inhalable insulin that could be approved for sale this year. They are also actively looking for a partner to market the product. They have many clinical trials that show no negative impact on lung function nor cancer. It has been trading in the $3 range but has finally broken out of that trend. It just set a new 52 week high.
