Stmt. closing to points available

Our Disney Visa statement closes on the first day of our 4 day trip. How long after closing until the points can be transferred to an exisiting rewards card....the next day, day after that? Has anyone cut it down to the wire like that before?

My billing cycle just ended on Friday and the points are already in my account. I know because I check my account online every couple of days. So, I would say that it's just a day or two.

Great! So from Friday to Sunday you got yours, so I should be able to get them on Monday. I really want to spend it down to zero. This is probably our last Disney trip.

No, not we go lots of other places also. Kids are getting older. We figure we'll take the grandchildren one day, but not before the points expire! We've done the cruise, DL and WDW so it is time for my other fixes like the South Pacific, South America and Greece.

It just struck me as sad...so final LOL I would love to go to Greece
