stitching Paper

Would anyone give me some instructions on how you all are stitching paper? Can I use a regular sewing machine?

Yes you can. Make sure you have extra needles. It really dulls them down.

My mom gave me a tiny little thing she bought for $20.00 on clearance but I haven't had time to read the instructions.. DH is working from home in the AM tomorrow so I'll pull them out and see how it works... because I won't get any computer time til he departs in the afternoon....

Use your regular sewing machine. It works way better than any of the craft machines out there. Speaking from experience here.

Make sure you have your paper needles and your fabric needles.

i have a brand new sewing machine that my mil gave me for my birthday that i have never taken out of the box. ( and not last years bday- so long ago i can't remember) maybe it's time.......

but, i'm not really a sewer...

but again, i love the work that susie does with hers. it looks so nice on everything she makes with it. it puts that finishing touch i think.

so maybe, just maybe i should try. i'm sure it will give me a

I got a nice Kennmore sewing machine for mother's day last year (specifically for scrapbooking!) and I still haven't taken it out of the box!

Maybe this thread will motivate me to use it!
