Is there any place that we can see/meet Stitch? My 10 year old niece loves him.

Pre-COVID, Stitch met at the old Stitch’s Great Escape attraction space. There are currently no meet-and-greets. Not sure whether he appears in a cavalcade or stage show.

As @FCDub said, none of the characters are actually meeting guests right now. Stitch can be found on the stage near Astro Orbiter in the Magic Kingdom at times, dancing and waving at guests.

We loved meeting Stitch at the character breakfast at the Poly. I suppose that's still closed?

We saw stitch in Tomorrowland a week ago on the stage beside space mountain. He interacted with people from the stage.
