Early up for MK. We made it there by 9 (opening). The crowds weren't too bad at all. We hit BTM and I did Splash Mountain while Devon did BTM twice. The Splash ride was longer that I thought so I enjoyed the story part of it too. Then we went on to HM and Hall of Presidents. I missed this ride the last few times so I wanted to see it. Nice relaxing show. Devon had seen a card at the entry turnstiles for an ad that Raven Simone was going to be the grand marshall at the afternoon parade and we (he :cool1: )wanted to know the details. The CM here didn't know, but while we waited for the show he called and gave up specifics! Nice guy!

We got Fast Passes for Peter Pan (this is one of my favourites in Fantasyland). We also saw Mickey's Philharmagic in here someplace. It was time to stop for an early lunch. Glad we did. We used another Q+C voucher and I had to just pay for another bun. We filled up more than enough with the huge coke and choc cream pie! YUM! Great burgers too! Found a nice quiet relaxing spot way in back!

Since we were so close by we hit POTC. Headed back to do Peter Pan. I'm glad we Fast Passed this. I can't believe how many people waited that long!

On to Tomorrowland. Stopped by Tink's shop to look for that beautiful dress. They are beautiful alright, with a beautiful price tag too. Ouch!

Grabbed Fast Passes for Space. Waited in line for Buz. Not too bad of a wait. Did TTA again while waiting for our Fast Passes for Space. Ran into that talking trash can. Cute. I needed to cancel a PS so I walked into the gift shop here to ask a CM to use a phone. They gladly helped me cancel and the CM looked at my information list and couldn't believe how organized I was. We chatted for a bit and I told her I just make a general list for each day and then change it as I need too. Her name was Laura and also from MN.

Went to Toon Town to stand in line for autographs from the princesses. Rene' had sent along a little glass slipper for me to have them autograph. The princesses were in awe!! They did a great job and another Mom asked how old my daughter was and that she would love it! She did! I also broke down and bought the Princess Aurora pink dress. This is the one she wanted. I have no idea where she will wear this. Oh well!

From here Devon and I split up and he stayed in Tomorrowland to do any ride he could while I had plans to get Raven's autograph and pictures for him and Mickey. They are both "That's So Raven" fans. Here's where Devon's naivity shows. We were going to meet back at Casey's after a while. No problem. I get in the Raven line with my best friend the Mickey ice cream bar. Low and behold Laura the CM from the Tomorrowland gift shop walks by and looks at me. She recognized me and we start chatting again. She is 18 and doing a college internship. The line behind me was long by now. I shmoozed her into line with me and now I was her best friend!! The two teen girls behind me were freaking out about Raven-it was funny and cute. Finally got the pictures with Raven, said Hi asked her about her friend Lindsay Lohan and left. Said goodbye to Laura and walked back to Casey's to meet Devon. After 2 hours or so standing in line he asks if he can see Raven. I say, no that's why they have you in line for so long, which he didn't want to do at all. She was way back in a quiet room with security. Devon thought he'd just walk by her at least to say he saw her. Sorry dear sweet innocent Devon, life is not that simple!!

Wanted to get on BTM again but it was too long of a line for us. Found some popcorn to munch on on the way out.

I picked up our packages at package pick-up. You know that beloved "dress"! princess: $$$

Said good-bye to MK! It was about 5 or 6 by now.

Back to Pop to change and get our jackets for the evening. Arrived at EPCOT and no crowds! Ya! Decided to try Spaceship Earth. It broke down so we sat there for awhile. Devon went on to Test Track while I tried Mission Space! I loved it and am sorry I didn't try it sooner. I got a bit dizzy but loved it. I wish Devon had tried it with me, I couldn't believe he chickened out. Don't tell him I said that! Shhhhh! Then we did Test Track together.

Headed on through Mexico again. Stopped at Norway for a cinnamon roll for Devon. I saved my appetite for a child portion rice and egg roll at China while watching the acrobats. Devon wanted to go back to Japan to buy more Yugio cards for a friend. Boy he's a real shopper! I had wanted to stop at the American show but the timing was wrong. Next time. While waiting for Devon I curiously saw the pearl ladies, no harm, not a soul around! I decided to get a pearl to match my ring and earrings. I didn't like any of the settings though and I told them that. They didn't push. So they made a fuss with that drum and ladies started coming out of the wood work oggling my pearl. They sold about 10 more pearls right after me. It's such a domino effect addiction!!

Strolled along back and enjoyed another Kaki Gori. This time Tangerine. Liked the cherry better. Returned to Norway to buy an apple danish and school bread. Yum! We barely made a dent in these and were stuffed. Finished them later in our room.

While munching we camped out a place for Illuminations by Mexico. Good spot and we enjoyed it much better this time (last year we stood by Morocco which is a bad viewing spot), except the lady in front of me bounced along with the music the entire 17 minutes. But we loved the show anyway, and it was very touching and we had a bonding moment, which was my goal for the trip!

Left for a bus and were back at Pop by 9:30! That was quick! Swam in the pool and relaxed in that nice warm water. Good night!

A few years ago my daughter Rene' had a Cinderella B-party. I had given all the little girls a glass (acrylic) slipper as a party favour. Rene' kept hers up on a shelf with her Cinderella doll. She asked me to take it along on our trip to get autographs. I had taken a sharpie permanent pen along and the princesses did a very nice neat job in signing that little shoe. I think the shoes were literally 29c at a party supplies store. Not a big investment. Sorry if you thought it was those keepsake expensive ones. It was worth the time in line and such a nice momento for her. The CM even wrapped it up in a cute little box because I didn't want to touch the drying ink. The autograph books are nice too, but my kids aren't into that and I thought this was special. The princesses were very impressed. Rene' loved it and it's sitting under her purple princess Christmas tree! princess: That and the princess hot chocolate I bought her and a fake credit card. Is she smarter than I'm giving her credit for! :smooth:

I forgot to mention we had lunch at Peco's Bill's incase you didn't guess.

Happy Holidays! Exiting now.................................
