Stitch ride - what a disappointment!

Just returned recently! we were all looking forward to the Stitch ride - boy what a let down! I am just happy we had a fast pass and did not waste anytime on line for it. I would have been really mad! I felt sorry for all those who waited 40 minutes or more for a "ride" that did nothing but hold you in your seat while you listened to Stitch sounds in the dark! Unless your kid is a die hard stitch fan - pass on it and head toward Buzz Lightyear - now that's fun!

You should have visited these boards before the trip....almost everyone hates the Stitch ride....it is certainly does stink!

I agree! :thumbsup2 . We did the attraction once (we caught it without a wait) and really can't do it again because it is one of those things where you see it once, and that is enough. I suppose it was cute in a way, but not a ride for me (respectfully! lol)

This is one that I won't ever bother with. The first AE was stupid enough, add Stitch to the mix and that just makes it worse. ;)

Stitch does nothing for me, either good or bad, and the same went for AE. The only time I'll ever ride it is when we visit WDW with my nephews (8 and 10 years old). They love it, the chili dog burp, especially!

Sorry but I love Stitch. We know when to hold our nose so not to smell his stink. We are BIG Stitch fans though and the 3 times we have done it we have never cought a line.

I hated this ride also. Glad I only went on with my son leaving my girls with their dad. They would have freaked. Actually, I would have been happier if I had stayed with the girls and hubby had gone on the ride instead -lol.

My kids are Stitch fans. We didn't ride Stitch on our last trip because we couldn't squeeze it in, but it's a priority for our next trip. I never rode Alien Encounter so I won't know what I am missing.

I hope that we enjoy the ride. I read a lot of negative comments about it on the boards, but I'm going in there with an open mind and will hope for the best--chili dog and all! :stitch:

We did it on our last trip. There was not a line and afterwards I new why. This is probably the only ride DH, DS, and I would never do again at WDW. DS is a big stitch fan (he is 7 now) and he still talks about how this ride was terrible. It really is not a ride.

Stitch is really a disappointing attraction (not a ride at all) and I am a BIG Stitch fan. There were so many people standing in line for it today, DD and I were "pretending" to yell at them from the "people mover" to go to Buzz Lightyear instead - at that point it was almost walk on and WAY more fun!

DD and I have done it twice (hey we gave it a second chance) luckily with no wait..... and decided it is just off the list! The "people mover" aka TTA is more enjoyable!

I LOVE Stitch, but I did not love the ride. I felt bad for dragging my fiancee on it, but I hadn't heard anything about it before we went! Oh man... I know better now.

I hated the ride. I thought that it was so stupid and Im gald that we didnt wait in line to see it. I wouldnt ride it again. I think that is a bad ride spot all around. I hated AE too.

My fiancee and I are Stitch fans but they could have did it alittle bit better. We were disappointed after riding it. But lucky we only waited not even 10 mins. I think any other ride beats that one.

I hate this "attraction". I've seen it about 3 times and I've decided not to waste my time next trip.

I miss AE. The biggest disappointment is that they don't sell Skippy in the store outside the ride anymore, but he's still featured on the ride. :sad2:
