Stitch Hats

I am looking for two hats...

One is from Christmas 2006. It is a Santa Hat with Stitch Ears. I see the Tigger ones on Ebay every now and then but can't find the Stitch one.

The second thing is a ball cap with Stitch on it for an Adult. I have checked theme parks and DisneyShopping.com, but can't seem to find anything... Rumors are that Stitch was getting TOO popular so they are pulling back his merchandise... not sure the validity but I could understand it.

The Santa Hat is the most important, but if ANYONE can point me in the right direction on where to find one or both, I would be appreciative.

The Santa Stitch hat was all over the parks in October 2006 and when we got home, I convinced my DH that he needed one for our December 2007 trip. But when we got there this Stitch hat was not sold at the parks anymore and Disney Merchandising couldn't help me out either. I think Ebay might be your best bet (although I couldn't find one)! Good luck!

The Santa Stitch hat is defintely a most wanted item. DD bought one the year it came out. She wears it every December when we go to WDW and people are always asking her where she bought it.

I showed her this thread and asked her if she wanted to sell her hat. Her reply, "Not a chance!"

I bought the Santa Stitch hat in Dec 2006. Wore it back to the World in Dec 2007 and if I had a dollar for ever person who asked me, "Where'd you get that hat?" well, I'd have a nice stash of cash. Looking back I should have bought two because there's no way I'd part with mine!

Who knows, they may bring it back?

My Dh got the grumpy one this year, I wonder if they rotate certain hats so they don't have to have so many in stock each year? That might make a little sense! Good lunck on your search!!

If you need another Tigger, someone is selling one on EBay for around $25.

Yeah I saw Grumpy but didn't like it that much so I went with Classic. But Stitch is my favorite Character so I continue to search...

Just for the record, this thread is looking for someone who knows where to buy one, not for people to post things like "I'd never sell mine"... It doesn't do me or anyone else looking for one any good and just tends to tick us off, although I know that wasn't your intention. Please remember that when applying to these types of threads.

Are you going back this year around christmas? I did see alot of different hats, and some same, ie mickey and minnie, but I had NEVER seen the grumpy before this past christmas, hince the idea of maybe they rotate. I wish I knew someone that had one for you, really. I like stitch also, and if I did have one, I'd be glad to help you out. Do they have the santa hats in the christmas store in the mk or dtd year round? I could look in there for you on one of my coming up trips over that way....

I'll be back this year... I'm not sure about rotationals... I think the different character hats are a newer thing but 2007 was my first Christmas time (I went NYE for 2006 (2007) and all the hats were long gone by that point.

Guess we shall see... They do not sell XMAS hats year round to my knowledge, but if you see a stitch one, please let me know.
