Stitch breakfast at Ohana

In a word, no. My sister loves all things Stitch so when this was announced it became a must do. We went on Dec 20th and food-wise it was rather unimpressive. Runny 'scrambled' eggs- ewww, but good Mickey head waffles. But that's not the point of character meals, the character interaction is. Again, kind of disappointing. We were a table of 4 adults and the characters really kind of just breezed through but they didn't seem to stay much longer at the tables with kids. We thought that the Stitch meet at Tomorrowland(Timekeeper) location in the MK was much better for interaction and pictures. It was about the only meal we did that visit that we all, even the Stitch lover, agreed that we wouldn't do again any time soon. JMHO

We did it last week, two adults and one 12 yr old. I enjoyed the meal and loved the food. The fruit was good, sausage was good, breads were very good. My son loved the waffles. We had excellent interaction with Stitch and Pluto. Stitch grabbed a straw off our table and stuck it in his ear. We'd do this one again.

We always do this character breakfast (our favorite!) and we don't have kids! We love it. In fact, I have already booked it again when we go later in the month. It is usually my husband and myself or my mom and me. We have a wonderful time, great breakfast and don't feel embarrased about getting our pictures made with characters like we would in the parks. The food is always great and yummy! Love the waffles! Go and enjoy yourself!

I'm booking this one for our upcoming trip in July. My oldest DD is a huge Stitch fan so I knew this would be one meal we wouldn't be able to miss. We are so looking forward to it.

We did this on 12/29/05 and it was well worth it! Characters were Lilo Stitch, Mickey and Pluto. We were 2 adults and a 15 year on DS who even went along with the antics. Stitch was wonderful..playful and spent alot of time with you. He took my little christmas Stitch doll and hugged and kissed himself, then ran off with it! Of course he returned. All the characters came by twice. Food was very good! eggs, mickey waffles(DS ate 4 which is amazing for him), sausage, bacon, biscuits and other breads, fresh fruit and coffee/juice. We got food refill once and service was fine. The kids are collected in the center and parade around with the characters to "Hawaiin Roller Coaster Ride"..very cute. We were not rushed at all. We have eaten at all the buffets and found it a nice change to be waited on and just relax. We would definitely return!

Lilo was in the lobby, other characters took their time at each table. We had kids, but a table of five adults were next to us and they got good interaction too! :teeth:

I disgaree with this. My hubby and I (childless adults) love the Crystal Palace and Liberty Tree for the food as well as the characters. On our last trip to LTT we had only 1 round of characters and that was just fine. The food was delicious!! Same with TCP :)

Just offering another opinion.

we are going to be doing this breakfast in another two weeks..we cant wait !!!>.well hubby and i cant wait..cause the kids have NO IDEA !!!...its a SURPRISE...and its KILLING ME !!!! :faint:

Notice our plates in the picture, they're dirty. We are on our second skillet :rotfl2:

I wonder why allearsnet.com does not list the mickey waffles? DH does not eat eggs so I ruled this breakfast out? Now what to do, what to do

We've done all the character meals and feel that the Stitch breakfast is the best of all breakfasts. The food was very good. And yes the Mickey waffles come on the platter with everything else. the allears site doesn't have the new menu.

Yes we had waffles and bacon which are not listed on allears, we also had a bread basket with yummy pineapple bread and raisin bread. Had a nice fruit plate too!

I don't mean to be a downer but you should never count on a specific character being at a meal - we did the Ohana breakfast on Nov. 29th 2005 - had a 7:30 ADR and stitch was not there while we were. The waitress said he wasn't out of bed yet (haha). He arrived as we were walking out of the restaurant (just before 9) and immediately there was a line up in the lobby to see him of about 15 families. I think a lot of people had been waiting in the restaurant to see if he would arrive.

We had a great time at the 'Ohana breakfast. Matter of fact, I think that me and DH enjoyed it more than the kids did. The characters don't stay long at each table but we did get to see each of them twice.

Lilo wasn't at our breakfast.

This is a must and we will book it for our trip spring 2007. DD11 and I are big Stitch fans. Just love Stitch!! Hope to have great character interaction with him! Seems so far away. But really looking forward to it!

I have never done a character breakfast before... When you make ADR's for them what times can you do it. I noticed a 7:30am time... Do they site every 1/2 hour or so? whats the time frames you can book?
