I'm very worried about the new system. Yesterday I cancelled a reservation because I wanted to go from a package to RO and the only way I could figure out how to do it was to cancel my original rez and rebook. The new reservation is fine, but I didn't get a cancellation email, but rez is gone in
MDE, I keep checking my credit card account to see if my deposit was refunded, nothing yet, but new reservation deposit was charged. I figure I'll be making a phone call later today.
