One of their phone support customer service agents told me that it will be back up and running within 2 weeks. We'll see.

I'm very worried about the new system. Yesterday I cancelled a reservation because I wanted to go from a package to RO and the only way I could figure out how to do it was to cancel my original rez and rebook. The new reservation is fine, but I didn't get a cancellation email, but rez is gone in MDE, I keep checking my credit card account to see if my deposit was refunded, nothing yet, but new reservation deposit was charged. I figure I'll be making a phone call later today.

Room only to package or the other way does require cancellation and rebooking. I just did it on Thursday room to package. I got no confirmation email, but the agent told me it takes 7-10 business days for the credit to come back. Mine was back on Tuesday. If you just did it last night, give it a few more days.
