Still trading pins??

Went to WDW last year and didn't get into the pin trading until our last day Now we know how much fun it is . I've been told that the pin trading is still going on. Has anyone been recently to verify this?? Also, I'd like to get a "lanyard" necklace for my daughter to put hers on and wear. Are these for sale at WDW or do I need to purchase at home and bring it??

Pin trading is still going strong with new pins coming out on a daily basis. Lanyards can be purchased for $6.00 at almost any shop across the WDW resort.

We each got about 10 pins last year. We don't go nuts about it. I can tell you that lanyards are available through giftsofalifetime.com if you'd like to get one ahead of time. Also, you can check a lot of them out on EBay to see what you might want to get on your trip.

I just went in March and bought a ton of pins, and I got quite a few great trades. The lanyards are everywhere too, even at the hotel gift shops. I'm going back in 9 days and I am bringing a whole bag of pins with me!
