Still problems with disney site?

I have been trying to view my reservation - hey it gets me happy - and since Sunday have been getting this message:
We are unable to retrieve any reservation information at this time. Please try again later or call (800) 951-3532 for assistance. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.

Anyone else having this problem? We sail Feb. 2017 on the fantasy -

Ive had to log out and back in to get that to go away. Then randomly it will show again. Its been frustrating

Last night I was not able to view it in Chrome on the laptop, but was able to pull it up in Safari on my phone.... weird.

Never had an issue getting to my Castaway Club account, until last week. I've called several times to Disney, and I get the same thing, "wait a day or so, and try again. If it doesn't work, call us back". And I still can't access my account......
