hi last week i sent for a disney dvd and at the same time a orlando flexiticket dvd i got my flexiticket dvd 2 days later and still no sign of the disney dvd

I requested my Disney DVD a few days before I requested my Universal one. Received the Universal one before the Disney one 
Think my Disney one took about 2 weeks.
