Still no answer from Swan

Following the suggestion from some nice person on these boards I e-mailed the Swan with my question (Can I buy a single day Park ticket at the Swan?). It's been over a week and I still haven't had a reply. I'm hopeful that someone here will know the answer since it doesn't appear that I'll get a Swan response before we leave for our trip.

Did you try to call their front desk? We just came back from there and there is a concierge desk on the first floor with a sign that says buy WDW tickets there (something like that).

They have a guest services desk at the swan and I believe they sell tickets there.

Just give them a call, they can answer your questions.

Don't hold your breath - I sent a request and question over 2 weeks ago and never received a response from them. I finally called. So calling is probably the best method for getting a response. Good luck!

I've asked a few questions by email, and not a single one has ever been answered/acknowledged by the Swan. Why bother providing a place on the website for email questions if they aren't planning on responding? I'd go ahead and phone, if I were you. Here's their number: (407) 934-3000

You can buy UPH at the Swan. I'm not sure about other tickets.

Thank you all for your helpful replies. For those interested, here's the answer I got after calling the Swan directly (407-934-3000): They do sell single day park tickets at the Disney Desk in the Swan. Yay!

I'm a little disappointed that the Swan doesn't seem to answer E-mails from guests. No big deal. I'm sure I'll love the Swan anyway.

Also, just FYI, the 800 number is only for reservations and they couldn't help me with anything 'Disney" related. But, hey, it was worth a try.
