When I order a cs meal for my 3 year old of the children's menu do I still get to order him dessert? Example at Cosmic Rays the meal includes the fries and apple sauce as well as a drink is the apple sauce what they consider dessert? He also loves hot dogs were can I get him a hot dog meal that is on the DDP?

Yes. CS meals for young children come with a dessert. The standard choices are generally sugar-free jello, applesauce, and recently they've added pudding, though some eateries offer other choices as well.

Just so you know, the CS places do NOT differentiate between adult and child counter services.

It is the honor system, yes, however, guests are still not permitted to use child meal entitlements for adult meals.
