We're still looking for any type of comedy show to take our DS(12) to, while at WDW. It can be a dinner show or not. Since we already have Dixie Stampede, Arabian Knights, and the Sea World Luau booked, we really don't want to spend a whole lot on a dinner show. Any suggestions? TIA :)

Hey I'm 12 and I loved Fantasmic @ MGM! It was cool but don't sit in the front they spray water while playing clips of disney videos! (But it wasn't comedy) There was no entrance fee (except, of course, getting in the park) They sell snacks and toys too! It was Really cool! If you don't want to to that as a special thing you HAVE to do it if you go to MGM!!!! :badpc:

go to the comedy show at pleasure island...........it is a great time.........we go all the time.............just make sure when you buy your hopper buy the premier one that will get you in for free.............parking is also free too.

I have been to Sleuth's Mystery Theater at least 3 times when I've been down there and love it each time. It's not stand-up comedy, but it is funny and fun, and if you guess the murdered you get a certificate or something. You can get discount tickets for it at ticketmania.com, or there are 2 for 1 coupons in those little books that are all over in Orlando.

Another vote here for Comedy Club at Pleasure Island. We just took our teens (14&17) there on 11/26 and they loved it again! We saw the 1st show (8:20) from the front row! Yes, we were the 1st ones in line at 7:30- they were a little excited, big fans of improv. I think the show lasted about 40 min., then we went to Rock n Roll Beach Club to play pool and air hockey. They love it there too, the band did a lot of stuff we both liked- very unusual considering the 30 yr. age gap! We tried the Adventurers Club next, and they hated it this time- too crowded. Never saw anything inappropriate going on (as others have posted before about PI), and we left about 10:30. All in all, another successful family evening at PI! :D

We've decided that we will go to PI one night. We were only planning on going to the early CW show, but we may check out the Beach Club and see what we think. I didn't realize that they had things like pool & air hockey. The one time I was there, it was wall to wall people. :earseek: It may have been later in the night. I can't remember. :confused3

I would love to go to Sleuth's, but with 3 dinner shows already, I didn't really want to spend that much. I didn't know that there were BOGO coupons, but with 3 people we would still have to pay full price for 1. I'm definitely putting that on our list for next time. I have heard nothing but good things about that show. Maybe we'll go when my sisters come to visit, so we can have an even number. ;)

Thanks for all the advice! :)
