Still honor FL resident rates for GA residents?

I know the on-site hotels used to honor the FL resident rates for GA residents, but it's been a couple of years since I've booked and was wondering if this is still the case. Anyone done this recently?

I called a couple weeks ago, and they did stated it was not offered at this time for Ga residents.
