STill disapppointed with Disney

Just got back last week and I have to say they sure haven't done any better this year with their scrapbooking supplies. What a market they could have! I bought nothing. (scrapping that is)

I felt the same way when I was there last year in April. I was so hoping it would improve....they are missing the mark big time!

It's such a shame. There is decent stuff out there, just not at disney. You would expect to find the best stuff there. With all the creative genious they employ, you would think their stuff would be fabulous. Oh well.

I wish I didn't like their stuff as much. Spent $150 last time I was there. That tape stuff looked kinda cool, but I put it back. Now I see that at least in CA, they have EYELETS!! Man, I hope they have those when we go back to WDW in March!!

I'd like to be on their design team!! Some of their examples sitting out look just thrown together.

I was disappointed in their products too. I am thinking that they are not trying to appeal to the regular scrapper with the merchandise they have in the parks. The want to capture the audience that plan to just make an album of their present trip.

Now that they have contracted with Jolee to make a Disney line I hope we see other Disney lines in the near future. If Disney were smart, they would contact all the popular scrapbook companies and have them design a Disney line.

I put my order in for a Mickey head anywhere hole punch, Mickey metal details, and laser die cuts of all the park icons.

I was thinking the same thing in November. They are really missing a BIG market! May one of these days they'll get with the program!

I agree! I wish they did have more. They just put out the Mickey eyelets last week. My wonderful SS Patti, who I got to meet while I was there bought me some. She was trying to save DH a trip to DTD but that didn't happen. I still had to go. They had the eyelets and the castle punch. Maybe they are heading in the right direction. I would love to see individual 12x12 papers. Well actually just a ton of different stuff.
