Hi,

I know it's a Princess meal, and I know it's changed. But here's my question - the menu on All Ears is vague. Do they still let you order more than one entree? (they used to - it was serve yourself cold board and then they'd bring you entrees until you were done). And can anyone tell me what is on the cold board? Lefse? Is there still a plethora of herrings? Goat cheese?

I may want to give it a whirl, but only if my demands are met :teeth: !

We had lunch there on June 7th. It was great. The Cold Board had goat cheese, jarlsburg and muenster, lefse and bread and crackers/flat bread, lots of various fish (herring x2 or 3, smoked trout, lox.), assorted salads- pasta, potato, beet, cucumber, mixed greens. It was very good.
We each only had one entree but the portions were very generous and we didn't feel like we wanted or needed any more to eat. The dessert was served family style with more than enough for 4 on one plate. I did notice that a table of 2 got the same amount as we did but a table of 6 got plates of dessert.

Thanks for the info! Actually, since I'm going to be by myself, it's not that I would need more to eat, I just love to try the different items. In the past, for instance, I'd get the trout, but then they'd bring me one of those yummy meatballs, or a little portion of one of the other main courses. That's the way they used to do it, and I'm just wondering if you can still do that.

Believe me, the least of my worries on this trip is not getting ENOUGH to eat :rotfl2: .
