Try calling (407-WDW-DINE). I was having the same issue for The Wave for our December trip. No availability on line, but when I called and spoke to a CM, I got it no problem.
I just used opentable.com and was able to book Raglan Road for our early December trip. On line via Disney kept showing no availability. (RR and a few other non-Disney owned places don't release all their tables to the Disney system.)
Okay, but in some cases it gets one what's needed versus the quirky on line system. I called them this morning and was speaking with a CM in less than 3 minutes.
In any case, I wish you good luck in your quest for a Brown Derby ADR.
I'm having the same issue with MM for December 11th. I have to believe that this is some kind of system glitch and not that every table, for every party size, all day is booked (although you never know!). I did call Disney Dining and the CM was rather unhelpful and told me to keep trying. I had this same issue with Boathouse and the CM said he pulled the guest list and confirmed no one was booked into the day I was looking at but couldn't say why. I called the restaurant and got a reservation directly. This cast member wouldn't even look at the guest list for MM and instead told me that if we both saw no availability it must be so! I'm going keep checking since I'm hopeful for us both it's just a glitch!
Just keep trying. There have been similar issues with Biergarten, but it eventually got un-glitched. I was even able to get a reservation (that previously seemed elusive) 1 week out. MM is not like CRT or some other places -- I am sure that ressies will open up.
I had a hard time getting a MM fantasmic package. Then all of a sudden, there were at least 4 open ressies, so I had my pick of days. It was very strange!
