Sticky Toffee Pudding

HAs anyone had this dessert at Rose and Crown? Is it good? I am trying Haggan Daaz sticky tofee pudding ice cream and it is good. Sweet, something you would eat once in a while. I'd love any reviews of this dessert!

I had it on my last trip. I got one at the bar at the end of the evening. First they said they were too busy to serve it, but then they agreed to bring one out.

It was OK, but not great. I order it all the time when I go to Australia and the Disney version was my least favorite of all that I have tried.

If you've never had it, I'd recommend trying it. It was a bit too dry and dense compared to what I am used to but very unique.

I've never tried the ice cream, but I saw the Food Network special that showed it was developed in a competition for new flavors. It sounds great to me.

It's very sweet. We had it, but chose to share it, since neither could've handled it on our own; it's quite cloying! There's an apple crumble that we enjoyed much more.

I LOVE it!!!! It's been quite awhile since I have had it, but I love toffee flavoured stuff and it came with a delicous custard!

We really loved the sticky toffee pudding last year. Charlotte, our server recommended it and said it was her favorite and we thanked her for it. It was delicious. Very sweet and rich but a perfect ending to a perfect meal.

I have had the Sticky Toffee Pudding on several trips and really enjoyed it. I also love the Apple Crumble desert.

I get Sticky Toffee Pudding in St Louis and they serve it with whipped cream on top. It's excellent.

LOVED IT! Yes it is very sweet, but the butter flavor goes so well with the sweet. I actually am a "salty crunchy" person and rarely enjoy dessert, but I loved this!
